Redecorate Agreement

Services can include the selection of furniture, rugs, artwork, décor, bedding, pillows, throws, draperies, and lamps (table and floor). After the point of selection, I will send a moodboard or pictures/videos of the items (with a detailed description of where they will go) for your approval. Once all items are approved, I will call you to complete the payment or require your card information to complete the order.

Remodel Agreement

Services will include the selection of flooring, paint/wallpaper, lighting, hardware, furniture, rugs, artwork, décor, bedding, pillows, throws, draperies, and lamps (table and floor). After the point of selecting finishes, I will present the selections to you in person. Once the finishes are approved, I will order the required amount and schedule for contractors to begin working. I will then begin selecting furnishings so it has enough time to arrive. After the point of selecting furnishings, I will send a moodboard of the furnishings for your approval. Once all items are approved, I will call you to complete the payment or require your card information to complete the order.

New Construction Agreement

Services will include the selection of exterior siding, stucco, dry stack, shingles, lighting, house numbers, paint, outdoor kitchen appliances, patio furniture, interior flooring, paint/wallpaper, windows, doors, appliances, toilets/tubs/sinks, cabinetry, lighting, hardware, furniture, rugs, artwork, décor, bedding, pillows, throws, draperies, and lamps (table and floor). After the point of selecting interior and exterior finishes, I will present the finishes to you in person. Once the finishes are approved, I will order the required amount and schedule for contractors to begin working.  I will then begin looking for furniture with the samples on hand for the required rooms. After the point of selecting furnishings, I will send a moodboard of the furnishings for your approval. Once all items are approved, I will call you to complete the payment or require your card information to complete the order.
